May Fall – Blind Zone

Written by on August 5, 2017

“Blind Zone”, May Fall’s second single, is the perfect follow-up for his first one, “Same Code”. This is a more upbeat energetic synthpop track crammed with invigorating and addictive electro flavors turning it to a potential pop-anthem. Here as well, May Fall does not settle for the typical “fun” themes of dance music, and yet again, creates an interesting paradoxical combination between a vivid uplifting music and a profound statement that requires the listeners to dwell upon. This time, May Fall criticizes our way of dogmatically believing most of the thing we hear and plants doubts regarding the integrity of the information we receive.

In this video, May Fall shows his face on the background of some unique scenery, including enormous satellite antennas, equipment rooms and dark underground wiring corridors. Fast cuts bouncing May Fall between various mysterious locations, and with the addition of various close-ups of some peculiar pieces of electronic equipment, this video creates a cold and surreal technological landscape which depicts the path through which the doubted information May Fall talks about reaches our consciousness.
