Walkabout Releases Two Brand New Singles Featuring Tbreck!

Tbreck is an up-and-coming hip-hop EDM artist. Featured on Walkabout’s latest singles “Black Lingerie” and “Onlysmokecigsontheweekend”,these tracks are awesome new examples of everything that this exciting new artist has to offer!
“Black Lingerie” is a Rock, Rap, and EDM crossover song that connects those genres fluidly. Led by Walkabout (Des), his rap vocals take you through the life of a Cocaine addicted girl in hell. The story comes from a dream that Des had about a girl in black lingerie walking through a hotel hallway with red flashing lights on the ceiling. Thus the first line of the song, “Black Lingerie walking through a red room”. Clearly the girl isn’t a good girl, yet this only feeds into Des’ desire to be with a girl that is dangerous for him. The song is backed by Des’s guitar. you can hear the rock and EDM influence when the drop hits and the guitar riff comes in. The instrumental of the song is about connecting different people who like different genres to one song.
While “Black Lingerie: is a hip-hop banger, “Onlysmokecigsontheweekend” shows a completely different style of music from Walkabout and Tbreck. The track is a satirical pop song that is meant to break the stereotypical outlines of pop music. Through the lyrics, you can hear Tbreck and Des mock classic pop lines of people just wanting sex, drugs, and drinks. But at the end of the day, Des and Tbreck just want to go home and go to bed. The lyrics are supposed to be satirical about the over saturation of sex, love songs and partying in pop music. Des and Tbreck also enjoy the occasional cig, so they had some fun with the name.
