HNS: What inspired you to start music?
V.I.: Watching videos as a child I got really into the culture and figured I can do it too so I started learning other artists songs then gradually started writing my own songs
HNS: If you weren’t doing music what other career do you see yourself doing?
V.I.: I’m so deep into it now I can’t see myself doing anything else but the music so if it isn’t writing and performing it would be behind the scenes in the music world
HNS: What do fans of yours have to look forward to in the near future, are there any surprises to come?
V.I.: New music better visuals and a short film written produced and directed by me.
HNS: When you’re working, what inspires you or what do you draw inspiration from?
V.I.: Things that happen in my life on a daily basis inspires me I just take pieces of my life and put it in my music because I know someone out there will be able to relate to it seeing that I’m talking about real life
HNS: Is there any advice you would like to give your younger self for coming into the music industry or something to help the songwriting/producing process?
V.I.: I would tell my younger self it’s ok to step out of the box and do things different than the norm
HNS: What’s the meaning of your track “Turkey Bag Boy”?
V.I.: Turkey bag boy is another form of a hustler a name adopted by many street legends and dispensary owners that live in the current boom of the marijuana industry becoming legalized in 18 states
HNS: Where did you shoot the video for this song?
V.I.: We shot the video in Atlanta Georgia
HNS: What are your plans for the rest of the year?
V.I.: I’m dropping one more video before the end of the year and working on my new project as well as my film
HNS: Are you looking to stay independent or go major?
V.I.: It depends but I’m good where I am now I like the grind and being hands-on but if an opportunity to excel or expand arises that makes sense I wouldn’t be opposed to it
