Coral is a 23 year Award winning singer/songwriter from Hamilton New Zealand. A full time musician, Coral runs her own music business, with her mother Emmeline Pitcher.

Coral recorded her debut Album “My Addictive DNA” in a small home studio in Hamilton “Little Kingfisher” working with producer by Reagan McKinnon. Released it on the 26th August 2017. This music video “I want to be Beautiful” is Coral’s fourth video release and is the title track for her album ‘My Addictive DNA.’ The song was written by Maireka Donk, Emmeline Pitcher and Coral, and is about looking for self acceptance and questioning the world around us . The video Stars Daniel McIvor a local internet star who’s appearance on a hilarious NZ Police Ten 7 TVNZ show went viral with over 1 million views. Daniel is Coral’s flatmate and his style and personality was the perfect fit for the song.

The video was written, produced and directed by Emmeline Pitcher. Hair and make up was done by Coral’s little Sister Naomi Pitcher, filmed with the help of Anthea Visage, a film student from Waikato University with assistance from Connor Green.
